Initial Name Decal - Print Font

I received only part of my order. I sent 2 emails with no response, called twice got their voicemail, left messages both times and again zero response! Not impressed with the customer service (or lack thereof) and the lack
of care/concern in resolving my issue.

When tried to apply noticed two of the monograms middle letter no sticky. And one monogram wrong design.

Have not received this single initial yet but received the 4 others I ordered earlier in the month and they were excellent!
