Missing Luggage Tag Strap

This would have been a five star review, however their customer service is terrible. We ordered three luggage tags, however they only shipped two luggage tag straps to attach the tags to the luggage. I wrote to them requesting they ship the missing luggage tag strap FIVE TIMES however instead of acknowledging the issue, I WAS IGNORED!!! Not even a return email acknowledging that they received my emails (which is what I requested in my emails).

Great luggage tags

These luggage tags and pretty, sturdy, and functional. I replace the leather strap with metal loops that screw tight, and yet somehow I manage to lose these tags. I've ordered 3-4 times for myself, and multiple times as gifts for friends.
