At Eastcoast Engraving, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, defective, or not in accordance with your order due to our manufacturing process, we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note that all personalized products are made to order based on your specifications and are not eligible for returns. We encourage you to review your customization details carefully before submitting your order.
For returns of defective items, please reach out to us via the "contact us" section on our homepage. We request that you use only standard American keyboard characters when providing personalization details, as international characters (characters with accent marks, etc.) cannot be processed.
Should there be any questions or need for clarification regarding your order's specifications, our team will proactively contact you to ensure accuracy prior to production.
