How do I return an item?

Eastcoast Engraving Return Policy:


If an item is received broken, damaged, defective or incorrect due to our manufacturing we will replace the item purchased. However, all of our personalized products are custom-made by your specifications, and cannot be returned. Please double-check the information you input, as we will manufacture exactly what you specify.

Please refer to our product descriptions for specific details of what each product can accommodate for engraving.

We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accents marks, etc.) Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards.

If we are uncertain about your information, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.

Monograms: Traditional three letter monograms include the initials of the person's first name, last name and middle name. The monogram is engraved in this order, reading left to right. For example, Lauren Jada Smith would enter LSJ for personalization information and the monogram would appear LSJ.
